Job Summary:
The E-commerce Coordinator will manage the day-to-day operations of our online store. This role involves overseeing product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling content, managing promotions, and coordinating with various departments to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- +3 years in ecommerce operations (preferably in Barcode industry)
- Proven experience in online store management platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop)
- Analytical skills to assess sales data, market trends, and customer behavior
- Strong vendor management skills
- Ability to create engaging product listings and marketing content
- High level of initiative, creativity, and adaptability in the ever-changing e-commerce landscape
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
