Job Description
Role Purpose:
The Senior Project Co-ordinator is a critical function in the Property Development team, responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and post-completion assessments. This role requires strategic oversight and detailed coordination to ensure successful project delivery aligned with Inospace’s operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Project Planning: Lead planning sessions to establish project scope, objectives, and budget. Work with stakeholders to outline resources, timelines, and compliance requirements.
- Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day project operations, coordinating with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure all phases progress as planned.
- Optimization and Quality Control: Monitor project milestones and quality standards, making adjustments as necessary to optimize project outcomes.
- Post-Project Assessment: Conduct post-completion reviews to assess project outcomes, gather feedback, and implement learnings for future projects.
- Budget and Financial Tracking: Manage project budgets and provide regular updates on financial performance, identifying any deviations and corrective actions.
- Client Communication: Act as a liaison for clients affected by project activities, providing timely updates and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Generate detailed reports on project progress, costs, and outcomes for leadership.
Requirements
- Must be South African Citizen
- Extensive project management experience in property or construction.
- Proficient in project management software and budgeting tools.
- Strong knowledge of compliance standards, building regulations, and client engagement.
- High level of organization and ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and client-centered mindset.
