Job Description To deliver a quality service and manage service gaps realized by clients as they engage through the bank's various touchpoints. To deliver planned and proactive client engagements driven through holistic client reviews focused on achieving contextual client outcomes. Deepen bank-client relationships primarily focused on providing cross-pillar solutions for clients, working with the supporting product specialists to ensure holistic engagement and guidance for financial decision-making by clients.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree/Advanced Diploma (NQF7 FAIS recognized qualification) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Personal and Private Banking sectors, encompassing:
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales and service delivery
- Proven track record in relationship management
- Expertise in processing credit applications
- Strong financial acumen, as evidenced by a successful sales history within the financial services industry
- Proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and banking software
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and banking laws
