Job Purpose: To provide assistance during the registration period.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Matric
- Minimum of 1 year experience in general administration
- Previous experience in the Student Finance environment
Recommendation:
- Previous experience of ITS
Key Performance Areas / Principal Accountabilities
- Assisting students with Financial Clearance at Registration
- Capturing debit orders on RealPay
- Ensuring that records are kept up to date and accurately filed for quick referencing and audit purposes
- Provide quotations to prospective students and other stakeholders
- Provide support to Student Finance and any other reasonable requests from Managers
- Attend to student queries regarding Outstanding debt, following up on Outstanding Payments and Funding decisions
- Confirming validity and integrity of documents
- Liaise with Students, Parents and other Stakeholders
- General administrative duties which include filling, maintaining filing system, and any tasks related to the operations of the office
- Good communication skills – Verbal and Written
- Good Interpersonal Skills. Computer Literacy (ITS, Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Ability to work under pressure with strict adherence to deadlines
- Contribution to team success
- Managing Work (incl. Time Management)
