Role Description
• Customer Satisfaction – The Customer Survey Report will be used as a measuring tool for this indicator.
• Processing – Ensure timeous processing and adherence to deadlines.
• Efficiency – Ensure information is captured accurately and documentation recorded with precision.
• Risk Management – Ensure information is captured accurately and documentation recorded with precision, avoiding repetitive errors.
Key Performance Areas
• Verifying Site GPS Coordinates.
• Verifying Site Addresses.
• Capturing SAP Real Estate and SAP Function Location Site, Building, and Land data.
• Performing monthly Customer Satisfaction and Cleaning and Hygiene Surveys.
• Updating BMW Floor and Room Data on SAP.
• Updating SharePoint with Relief Notices.
• Compiling Risk Notification Packs from input received.
• Performing Risk Notification Closures on SAP from input received.
• Updating ISO documents on SharePoint.
Experience
- 3-5 years Data Capturing experience
- Knowledge of SAP Real Estate and Function Location would be advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel would be advantageous.
