Role: Operations Manager
Level: Mid-Senior Level
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and Project Management certification
- 5 years of experience in operations management in solar, renewable energy, or electrical contracting industries.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale installation projects (residential, commercial, and agricultural).
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems and electrical installations.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and supply chain processes.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience managing teams.
- Financial acumen with experience in budget and cost management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
