What you will be doing:
- Act as a pivotal link in sales, connecting clients with our SaaS platform.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Demonstrate clear value propositions to clients, showcasing technical capabilities.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in asset and investment management.
- Customise technical solutions to address unique client challenges.
- Present platform features effectively to potential clients.
- Guide clients through a seamless journey from pre-sales to post-sales.
- Provide insights to shape the platform's future based on client feedback.
- Advocate for customers to enhance their overall experience.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field would be beneficial.
- 5+ years' experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in a similar technical sales role.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Solution-focused team player.
