Overall Purpose
The overall purpose of the Inbound Groups Consultant is to:
- Successfully negotiate rates and services;
- Successfully propose and secure groups;
- Go the extra mile to create exceptional customer and guest experiences;
- Maintain a strong focus on achieving sales and profit targets and have an all-round understanding of customer requirements;
- Maximize quote conversion rates and meet targets;
- Oversee operations and on-the-ground management of groups;
- Manage accounts and foster customer relationships.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Matric;
- Qualification in Travel and Tourism;
- Incentive inbound travel experience of about 3 - 5 years.
