We are seeking an experienced IT Change Management and Communications Specialist to support the development and rollout of software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management principles, methodologies (such as ADKAR, Prosci, etc.), and tools, with a focus on ensuring smooth transitions and successful implementation.
Duties and responsibilities :
- Apply change management principles and methodologies to support the successful adoption of IT systems and software solutions.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute change initiatives, including strategy, tactics, and risk mitigation.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage risks related to change, ensuring the development of cutover and rollout plans.
- Use project change management metrics to track and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Understand organizational challenges and provide tailored solutions to address business needs and issues.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (B-degree).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) are beneficial.
- 5+ years of experience in IT change management and communications.
- Srong organizational skills with a natural inclination for strategic planning and execution.
- Proven business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
