Location: Bryanston Office (Hybrid)

About You: You have a talent for recognizing trends and aiming for bigger goals. You actively keep up with trends, market needs, and your organization’s competitive standing, sharing your insights to inform decisions and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner across sales, marketing, operations, and finance to deliver innovation, share growth, organic growth, and portfolio profitability.
- Develop and integrate the Category Vision and Growth Drivers across channels.
- Deploy Net Revenue Management (NRM) leading to Net Realised Revenue (NRR) across pricing and promotional optimisation.
- Develop effective customer trading strategies defined by business, category, and revenue growth requirements.
- Own and drive Go to Market elements for new product innovation including strategic pricing and trade launch execution.
- Ensure successful development, tracking, and reporting of DPSM metrics (Distribution, Pricing, Share of Shelf, Share of Broadsheet).
- Provide timely and insightful reporting of the monthly category, competitor, and retailer landscapes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5 years of experience in sales and category development at a senior level, preferably within FMCG.
- Experience within both Modern Trade and Traditional/Route to Markets is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of consumer, shopper, and customer needs within FMCG.
- Understanding of key business principles across Revenue Management, Category Strategy, and Joint Business Planning.
