Responsibilities
- Building and managing the overall vision and roadmap of all of our products.
- Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and executive teams to bring about product enhancements that will improve payment-related processes.
- Researching the best solutions to solve business problems.
- Working with everyone in the company to understand their strategy, requirements, and priorities in order to translate that to our product vision.
- Defining/tracking the metrics and data that will inform all decisions on product features and functionality.
- Upholding the QA standards of outgoing product updates.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- A great grasp of data analysis and data-driven decision making.
- An appreciation of user-focused UX design.
About Us
It's 2022, so obviously we are remote friendly, but we also have an office based on Kloof street, Cape Town, for the days when you feel like working in a team environment or loadshedding gets the best of you. To cultivate a productive culture and bond as a team, we try and meet up around once a week for food/drinks.
