Education
- Matric and a tertiary qualification
- A proven track record in sales, with a passion for connecting with people and building relationships.
- Strong administrative skills to effectively manage candidate data, schedules, and communications.
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.
Job Experience & Skills Required
- Identifying and sourcing top talent through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
- Managing candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment efforts.
