An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Print Account Manager to join a leading global marketing services company. The overall purpose of this role is to develop client relationships; working with the Client Services Director to develop a number of clients. Responsible for daily operational activity including print procurement, DM campaign management; ad-hoc project management; brand compliance; following best practice across all operational processes and procedures.
We are looking for someone with exceptional print and creative services knowledge. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills along with the ability to work effectively with computer systems such as Microsoft Office. You will be an outstanding communicator, both written and orally, with an exceptional customer care ethic and ability to build relationships at all levels.
Summary of Key Activities:
- Development of client relationships and business activity: Regular client site visits
- Management of daily client(s) operational activity: Account management and project management of print and infrequent direct mail campaigns; Ensure all contractual SLAs are monitored and met; Manage supply base effectively
- Brand compliance and quality assurance: Ensure print and direct mail activity complies with brand guidelines; Maintain internal ‘issues log’; Work with client agencies on brand compliance
- MI and reporting: Assist in the compilation of monthly and quarterly MI; Produce ad-hoc reports as required; Attend review sessions with colleagues
