A Client Account Lead is responsible for building trusted strategic partner relationships within one or more accounts by understanding client needs, shaping solutions, and bringing expertise and thought leadership to solve their most critical business issues. This role is responsible for driving profitable sales growth, expanding Accenture's footprint, ensuring profitable delivery and influencing the client's strategy to help drive high performance and continuous innovation.
Your Role - Responsible for business development and performance for major clients in the Financial Services Industry
- Have strong Financial Services industry expertise, can discuss C-level agenda, and bring industry insights and intelligence
- Be the Strategic Trusted Partner for the client executives and top management, developing client relationships, planning strategically the account development, and communicating the account vision to the account team, the sales team, and the partners
- Inspire, coach, and develop the account team to increase business value
- Drives profitable growth, by shaping, negotiating, and selling deals which are balanced between Client expectations, Team capabilities and Accenture ambitions, in collaboration with the Sales team and the Account team
- Provide day-to-day management of client relationships and strategic direction on all aspects of the account, articulating Human Brand, experience strategies and multi-disciplinary teams
- Drive shared experience-building with the client while balancing the commercial imperatives to ensure work is profitable and of the highest standard.
- Understand client's business landscape and experience gaps for new business opportunities.
- Support sales opportunities and delivery of the solution by leveraging Accenture's full capabilities.
- Build client relationships in collaboration with the Client Account Leadership team.
- Lead the service delivery strategy across one or more client portfolios.

Qualifications - At least 15 years managerial & management experience
- Proven track record with experiences managing productivity-driven operation
- Strong organizational, leadership & analytical skills
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management
- Able to drive multiple projects as needed in addition to daily responsibilities
