Our client is looking for a highly skilled and stable Customer Care Officer (Product Genius) for a well-established dealership based in Northcliff, Johannesburg.
Requirements
- Automotive Industry experience
- 3 years minimum experience in a Customer Service role
- Consistent performer
- Ability to develop and implement systems and processes
- Computer Literate (eg. MS Office, Dealership CRM Packages)
- Deadline driven / motivated / hands-on individual
