New Business Contact Manager
A well-established IT Support company based in Sandton is looking for an experienced New Business Contact Manager to join their dynamic team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Build new corporate clients through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop relationships with key decision makers in major organizations to improve opportunities for new sales.
- Maintain contact through emails and phone calls with key decision makers.
- Create ingenious opportunities for new sales leads.
- Act as a role model to other NBCMs by attaining targets and KPIs.
- Network and telemarket to obtain leads through self-generation.
Accountabilities
- Achievement of turnover, appointment, and daily call goals as set by the manager.
- Maintain required level of business IT product knowledge.
- Convert client appointments to turnover.
- General administration including follow-up emails post-appointment/post-phone call.

- Results orientation with understanding of KPIs and turnover targets.

- Financial analysis and business acumen, including knowledge of KPI targets and MS Excel.
- Motivation to encourage and positively reinforce colleagues.
- Oral communication and presentation skills for client meetings.
Package & Remuneration
R 15 000 - R 20 000 Basic Salary (Depending on Experience) with R40k OTE.
Commission Structure:
- Signing Fee on a SLA (Managed IT Solutions): Month to Month Sales – 1.2% Com for 3 months Turnover; Annual year Contract – 2.5% Com on Turnover.
- Commission on Hardware & Software: 2.5% Com for 3 Months on Front End Profit.
