About the Role
The Lead Processor plays a critical part in our team, ensuring the quality of leads received and coordinating their distribution throughout the Sales team. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by quality assessing leads and ensuring they are distributed throughout the Sales Team.
- Ensure own targets are met by qualifying all leads received within a reasonable time-frame.
- Increase the efficiency of sales through data-driven decision making from a leads perspective.
- Assist in ensuring the sales strategy is met by being efficient in the distribution of leads.
- Report to Senior Management on the success and distribution of leads.
- Find new and innovative ways for lead generation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' client services experience in a corporate environment.
- Minimum 2 years' sales experience.
- Prior experience in an administrative role.
- Must be a team player with assertiveness skills.
