Duties & Responsibilities
A provider of cutting-edge Managed IT Services seeks a strong technical Tier 3 Engineer to provide professional client communication and customer service as you resolve client issues and assist with new user setups. The ideal candidate must have at least 5+ years’ work experience in an IT related field including Firewalls and security devices; Switches and infrastructure & proficiency with Windows Server, Azure, O365, Active Directory, managing Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS.
DUTIES:
- Maintain professional client communication and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and updated documentation.
- Develop and maintain your technical knowledge base of clients.
- Resolve client issues and assist with new user setups.
- Be a resource to the team in Research and Development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ Years experience in IT related field.
- Windows Server.
- Azure and O365.
- Firewalls and security devices.
- Switches and infrastructure.
- Broad experience with Windows environments.
- Willingness to troubleshoot and resolve technology related issues for clients.
- Willingness to work in a supportive team environment.
Preferred to haves –
- Firewalls.
- Business Class Wireless Solutions.
- Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity.
- VPN solutions.
