Job Overview

Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30
To conduct business analysis, determine and define business and testing requirements for GAFC enablement solutions. To track the implementation of the requirements through the project phases. To coordinate project Change Management by acting as the interface between the IT Change Teams and the GAFC function. Enabling GAFC in line with requirements is essential to ensure that business is undertaken in a compliant manner to avoid operational losses, fines, penalties or reputational damage.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- First Degree in Information Studies or related.
- 5-7 years experience in Business analysis, Business requirements, IT projects, and Solution development.
- 3 - 4 years experience in Compliance with profound knowledge of the full dimensions of the field, with deep expertise in the relevant area of specialisation (Sanctions, AML/CFT etc.).
- Regulatory environment savvy, with the proven ability to influence all levels of employees across multiple countries and business areas to effectively implement compliance frameworks.
