Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of successful sales leadership
- At least 2 years in the transformation/BBBEE industry selling learnerships
- In-depth knowledge of BBBEE and SETA skills development landscape
- Strong background in business development or sales, with experience in both private small business and corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in business development strategies and marketing techniques
- Demonstrated ability in lead qualification and new business development
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a broad network and proven team management experience
