The ideal candidate should have expertise in setting, operating, and offline programming CNC machines using Fanuc controls, and be skilled in operating twin spindle lathes.CNC Turner ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC lathes to produce precise and high-quality partsProgram CNC machines using Fanuc controlsMonitor machinery during operation to ensure proper functionalityInspect finished products to ensure adherence to quality standardsTroubleshoot and resolve any production process issuesAdhere to safety protocols to uphold a secure work environmentCNC Turner Skills Demonstrated experience as a CNC TurnerProficiency in setting, operating, and programming CNC lathes using Fanuc controlsFamiliarity with twin spindle lathes is advantageousStrong attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to comprehend and interpret technical drawingsExcellent problem-solving skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesCommitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplaceCNC Turner Day-to-dayAs a CNC Turner, your daily activities will involve setting up and operating CNC lathes, programming with Fanuc controls, and ensuring the production of accurate and high-quality parts. You will also be responsible for monitoring machinery, inspecting finished products, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a safe work environment.
