Candidates must have a Post Graduate Diploma or a Degree.
The employee shall perform all duties associated with the management of the Employer's operations within the assigned region including but not limited to:
- Overseeing daily operations of multiple branches within the region to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Managing and supervising branch managers and their staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve regional sales and operation targets.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
- Managing regional budgets and financial plans.
- Monitoring sales and operational performance and preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Coordinating with other regions and departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the employed.
