Our client, a Private Equity firm based in Pretoria is looking for a Telesales/ Call Centre Manager to head up the Telesales Team who telephonically sell investment products to the UK/ European Market. The Telesales Team is handed over warm leads and these leads must be converted into closed deals exclusively over the telephone. The role of the manager is to make sure the team is motivated and driven to perform the high volume of calls expected each day and that sales are closed in accordance with targets. This will be achieved through motivational meetings and direction each day, implementation of incentives and on the job training and mentorship. Additionally, you will be involved in the overall strategy, recruitment of staff, training, upskilling, CRM management etc. Some experience in a financial or investment sale is ideal and outsourced call centre experience where you have managed teams which switch between campaigns will be beneficial. Most importantly, you have at least 3 years experience managing a team Senior Telesales Consultants in a high-energy, highly target driven environment and you have a track record of success. 39 hour work week. Monday and Wednesday 09h45 18h00, Tuesday and Thursday 11h00 20h00 and Friday you end at 4pm.
