Job Description: Join a leading provider in the heavy haulage and crane hire industry, specializing in Mobile Crane Hire, Rigging Services, Crane Truck Hire, and Transport and Heavy Haulage. Key Performance Areas: Generate various reports, including overtime, leave, sick leave, and training reports. Ensure all HR administration for new hires and exiting employees is completed promptly and well-maintained for record purposes. Assist with other ad hoc HR duties as required from time to time. Employment contracts Warnings (verbal & written) Disciplinary notices Disciplinary hearings Suspensions Dismissals Assisting employees with all HR-related queries CCMA Preferred Qualifications: Grade 12 Qualification. Must be computer literate (MS Office Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook). Post-matric qualification (HR National Diploma). Knowledge of relevant software Understanding of Labour Law legislation. Required Experience & Skills: 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure. Good people management skills. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Own vehicle and licence
