Graduate LIMS Support Analyst – Liverpool
My client, a global organisation, is looking for a recent Chemistry/Scientific Graduate who is keen to start their career in a dual scientific/technology role.
Role: LIMS Support Analyst – Application support for business applications in a scientific company, serving 600 global users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Application system support for bespoke LIMS applications
- Maintain knowledge base articles
- Investigate and document defects
- Support incident and problem management
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues
- Configure lab instrument integrations with LIMS
- Create scheduled tasks for report distribution
- Run user audit reports
Requirements:
- Degree (high grade) in Chemistry, Science or Information Technology
- A keen scientific AND technology interest
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities
