I'm currently working with a key client, a residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting a Finishing Manager for their residential scheme based in East London. This scheme comprises around 50 units.
As a Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing units from the 2nd fix stage through to handover. There is a block of 12 units due to be handed over by Christmas, with the remaining units by May. The ideal candidate must have worked on a residential scheme and have experience in driving units to a timely and high-quality standard.
You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid Certificate, and we are looking for someone who can start on the 4th of November. The contract length is until January, with a possibility of extension until April 2025.
