Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager for Regulated Service & Resources needed in East London
The rate is £36.05ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking a proactive approach in overseeing Ofsted registration of supported accommodation providers as per The Supported Accommodation Regulation 2023 and quality assuring children’s placement/homes.
The role will monitor and improve the standards of homes for children by undertaking quality assurance visits and ensuring accommodation providers we use are Ofsted Registered as per the above regulation.
The post holder will ensure the highest quality of service delivery in terms of care, support, and health & safety within the homes our children reside in that meets Ofsted’s minimum quality standards.
The post holder will contribute to ensuring placement stability for children in our care, as well as ensuring all homes provider’s compliance documents and policies are gathered, reviewed, and kept securely.
