Requirements: Relevant Degree / Diploma (Logistics / Supply Chain) Knowledge of the Transport market Excellent customer service skills Good planning and organizational skills  Good attention to detail Prepared to be available for cell phone queries and problem solving after office hours Must be able to handle high volumes of work under pressure Responsibilities: Maintain established admin procedures Develop relationships with current transporters, clients and truck drivers Follow up trucks to determine accurate ETA Good communication with clients keeping them informed about the status of the cargo Build good relationships with loading and off-loading points Identify key role players at loading and off-loading points Weekly planning and forecasting of truck movements Build client relations and support drivers at loading and off-loading points
