Qualifications: Experience: 2 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on digital marketing roles. Experience in an agency setting is a plus. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of digital marketing roles and skills, including SEO, SEM, PPC, content creation, analytics, and social media. People Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with an ability to engage and build rapport with clients and candidates. Results-Driven: Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and placement goals in a fast-paced environment. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with recruitment software/ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital sourcing tools.
