Candidate Requirements:
- Grade 12
- A formal Tertiary food qualification
- Someone who is passionate about creating amazing food
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Must be able to plan a menu
- Be able to display versatile cooking skills
- Strong Administration Skills
- Must be able to communicate well with staff, suppliers and guests
- Good knowledge of Wine
This is a live-in position, Work cycle is 3 weeks on, 1 week off
