Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of shared accounting mailbox
- Loading and assigning of supplier invoices on Dropbox Sign for approval
- E-Filing allocated invoices into correct folders
- Following up with the relevant persons when invoices have not been accurately allocated
- Reviewing of allocated invoices for accuracy
- Sending out Weekly Reports requesting allocation of unallocated invoices
- Follow up on long outstanding invoices that remain unallocated
- Maintaining the master document, which lists all supplier and customer invoices
- Managing supplier relationships and communication with them relating to corrections to invoices, managing payment expectations and follow up of outstanding items
- Maintaining up to date AP ageing and communication of payable invoices with Treasury
- Assisting with month end processing, bank reconciliations and journal capturing
- Uploading of invoices to banking system for payment release
- Sending out proof of payments to suppliers
- Assistance with document preparation for year-end audit
