Introduction
The role will be support, new configurations, upgrades, system administration, designing and implementing robust Document Management System (DMS).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform requirements gathering and design DMS solutions that meet business needs.
- Support and maintenance of the current DMS applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Implement best practices for DMS development, including version control, testing, and documentation. Monthly application reports, patches and other administration duties.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12
- IT Degree or National Diploma Essential
- Intermediate computer literacy level in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in OpenText Archive Centre
- Knowledge of Documentum, SAP Connectors and Captiva will be an advantage.
