Leading Financial Services Client seeks a Partner & Campaign Manager
Manage partner campaigns across the entire marketing funnel (acquisition and conversion). In addition to creating new campaigns, you will examine ways to optimize direct platform channels, including providing support for partner databases, creating creative messaging, testing protocols, adhering to compliance requirements, and designing promotions.
Job Description
- Onboarding and ongoing management of partnerships.
- Successful development and execution of direct response campaigns for funding products, including design and messaging, test protocols, email and call centre integration, and performance assessment. Ensure alignment with overall brand standards, business objectives, marketing strategy and plans, and regulatory requirements.
- Support Group Marketing Manager on partner initiatives and project management.
- Collaborate with digital marketing and call centre teams.
- Promotion management.
- Partner with marketing analytics team, critically analyze and interrogate customer insights and segmentation. Analyze direct response efforts and customer profiles to identify and continually refine key target criteria and messaging. Gain a deeper understanding of customer behaviour and trends, including customer contact management. Share insights with the broader marketing team to influence product enhancements, development, and promotion.
- Support new product launches or enhancements in conjunction with product managers.
- Report on marketing activities within your area. Regularly attend internal meetings to present core information and keep communication channels open between departments.
- Engage with external partner teams to unpack campaign and retargeting opportunities as well as provide feedback to them on performance.
- Recommend business process/customer journey improvements based on feedback.
Minimum Qualifications
- Marketing Diploma / Degree at tertiary level.
- Extensive marketing department with direct response marketing experience (direct mail, email marketing).
- Financial services and e-commerce experience.
- Experience managing all direct communication channels and direct mail and email campaigns.
- Experience developing and executing multiple marketing projects that meet budget, timelines, and ROI expectations.
- Understand data and possess analytical capabilities to assess marketing program effectiveness and identify enhancement opportunities.
