We are looking for a Customer Care in 7 WARRINGTON ROAD, CLAREMONT, CT, WESTERN CAPE 7708 ZAF. Your mission will be to:
We currently have a vacancy for a Technical Customer Care role in the Customer Care Department in our Cape Town Branch.
The incumbent will act as the primary contact for assigned accounts and co-ordinate related technical support activities for clients, ensuring best-in-class service to the clients of Merieux NutriSciences range of services.
A general knowledge of food testing methods and scientific processes, obtained from a minimum diploma in Microbiology (or similar), Food Science/ Tech, or Chemistry required.
Practical experience in a commercial laboratory will be an advantage.
Act as the liaison between the lab and assigned clients to provide seamless service to the clients.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.
Working hours with shift work: 08:00am - 16:30pm and 09:00am - 17:30pm
