Sales Manager
We are looking to hire a seasoned Sales Manager to head up our auto products sales department in Germiston .
MUST have more than 10 years experience as sales manager and leading and managing a large sales team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of organizational sales by analyzing trends, developing business plans & meeting planned turnover targets.
- Oversee the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meet planned sales goals.
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
- Develop your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
- Promote the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Suitable Diploma / Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field
- 10+ Years of Sales Management Experience with a high turnover (R50 million plus per month)
- 10+ Years of Team Management Experience
- 10+ Years of Customer Relationship Management
- 10+ Years in planning & implementing sales strategies.
- SAP Experience or any ERP system
- MUST demonstrate analytical ability in various sales metrics, i.e. performance, competitors, product performance, sales funnel, etc.
Package & Remuneration
- Salary: R50K - R80K per month (based on experience)
- Benefits: R4000 towards medical aid, 13th cheque, Provident fund
