Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager
Implementing marketing brand strategies to deliver innovative, operational brand plans to achieve business outcomes resulting in creating and maintaining a positive image of our brand in the market.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Enable Brand / Marketing strategy both locally and globally.
- Translate branded product marketing strategies into activities, communication and ensure success in market execution.
- Ensure ROI objectives are tracked and achieved.
- Partner with sales & digital team to ensure content plans and material developed is suited to target audiences both B2B and B2C.
- Ensure all content, communication and activity adheres to the regulatory requirements.
- Assist in managing the brand profit & losses, tracking any changes that could impact profitability and identifying opportunities to improve Gross Margin.
- Carry out any Ad hoc projects as required by management.
- Develop and implement effective promotional plans based on insights, trends, and key focus areas to help drive profitable growth.
- Keeping up to date with market developments and analyzing consumer insights as well as competitor strategies.
- Monitor brand performance, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance brand positioning and customer engagement.
- NPD - Successfully project manage and land new product innovations on focus brands.
Critical Experience
- Minimum 2 years relevant brand marketing experience (Skin industry experience will be advantageous preferably professional skin care).
- Marketing Degree/Diploma.
- Operational and executional excellence.
- Above average written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of market research and consumer insights.
- Attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Well-developed time management.
- Good analytical skills.
- Creative thinker – ability to come up with ideas and be innovative.
- Must enjoy working in cross-functional teams with tight deadlines and under high pressure.
