Temporary Receptionist Job Full-Time Hours Prescot 19/11-24/12 inclusive £14.50ph

A non-profit organisation that operates in the public sector space are looking for an enthusiastic and well established receptionist to cover a period of sickness until Christmas!
Your new role
You will be the friendly first point of contact for all visitors and staff to the site, being responsible for delivering world-class customer service! You will be working closely with other departments, you will be issuing visitor passes and arranging catering for meetings, liaising with senior staff, in addition to coordinating meeting rooms and light touch admin support. Being a skilled multitasker, you will be dealing with incoming queries both in person and via the phone. You will be supporting by arranging for contractors to be on site if needed for the likes of water checks or air-con repairs!
What you'll need to succeed
You will have recent and relevant experience in a similar role to enable you to hit the ground running. You will be able to confidently deal with queries utilising your own initiative. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently in the environment whilst providing exceptional customer service is a prerequisite. You will have a proactive and flexible attitude to work to support working with any ad hoc needs. You will be using your sunny disposition to warmly welcome visitors and support with any room booking needs!

In addition to working with a recognised employer, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £14.50 per hour, which includes holiday roll up. You will have access to ample free onsite parking for this temporary role. Monday - Friday 8 am - 5pm with a 1-hour lunch. You will be joining an inclusive employer that has a top quality culture!
