The role will involve:
- Maintain fixed asset register, new builds, revamps & scrapping
- Process & reconcile cashbook & petty cash
- Bookeeping up to trial balance
- Management Accounts preparation, corroboration & follow up
- Daily bank deposits reconciliation and follow-up, cash tracking
- Assist with coordination and planning of the annual budget process
- Maintenance of beneficiaries list on banking system
We need to see:
- Completed Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2 years Bookkeeping experience
- An analytical thinker who pays meticulous attention to detail
- Strong experience with various Accounting software packages. Sage Evolution experience would be very advantageous
- Full proficiency in MS Office & Advanced Excel skills
- Valid drivers license & own vehicle
