If you are a dynamic and driven Sales Representative with a solid background in IT and proven experience in selling PABX (Private Automated Branch Exchange) systems. This opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities: - Actively generate and pursue sales leads for IT and PABX systems, identifying potential customers and building a pipeline.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the companyâs IT and PABX products and services to provide expert consultation to clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the clientâs needs, highlighting the benefits of PABX systems and IT solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding client requirements and providing excellent after-sales support.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth installation, integration, and troubleshooting of PABX systems.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's offerings.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management, providing insights into sales performance and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Experience: - 1-2 years of sales experience in IT and PABX systems, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong IT knowledge including understanding of networking, telecommunications, and VoIP systems.
- Proven PABX sales experience (installation knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and translate complex technical solutions into business value for customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Education:  Matric Â
Certification in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.
