Were looking for a Dealership Parts Manager whos ready to make their mark in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Youll play a key role in ensuring our client's parts department operates smoothly, keeping both customers and team members happy. You'll be overseeing the day-to-day operations of the parts department, ensuring efficiency and excellent service, and leading a team of dedicated parts professionals while fostering a positive and motivated work environment. You will also manage inventory control, order processing, and supplier relationships ensuring the right parts are available when needed, keeping a close eye on KPIs and sales targets, and driving the department to meet and exceed goals.
Job Requirements Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
3+ years of Parts Management experience in a franchised motor dealership you know the ropes and can hit the ground running.
Experience working with Keyloop (formerly CDK) and/or IAL DM Systems youre familiar with the tech that keeps things ticking.
A hands-on approach you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in day-to-day operations.
People-oriented your leadership skills shine through as you manage your team and maintain great relationships with both staff and customers.
