Looking for an energetic and dynamic Account Manager who can develop strong relationships with our customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams - including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.
If you are familiar with account management software, have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behaviour, we would like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas.
Ultimately,the successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.
Requirements:
- BA Degree in Marketing OR Business Administration or relevant field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives
Duties:
- Assist with large scale outreach based on the client's needs
- Developing content for social media and other digital campaigns
- Establishing budgets
- Monitoring project to ensure they meet deadlines
- Evaluating each campaign for effectiveness
- Create direct sales strategies by collecting research on products and new trends
- Analyzing data to identify new customers
- Work well within a team and on your own
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
