The position will have a dual reporting requirement into the Company MD for production, reporting and analysis requirements and into the CFO for financial reporting, analysis and control requirements within the SAGE Evolution system.
The successful candidate will be operational on-site and will be performing various function within a newly implemented SAGE Evolution environment, where the additional needs and requirements of the production team as well as design elements on the reporting side will test and expand the creative abilities of the candidate and grow their innovative streak where specified requirements will require out of the box thinking and new solutions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Design, develop, and customize Sage Evolution system to meet business requirements, including innovative enhancements, developments, and system integrations.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data analytics solutions using Sage Evolution tools and third-party reporting tools including Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of the Sage Evolution ERP system and the SQL Database.
- Work closely with internal end-users to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides for developed solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Sage Evolution functionalities and custom-developed solutions
Minimum Requirements - Education : Bachelors degree or similar in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Diploma and / or formal training in SQL, SAGE Scripting, and other relevant programming languages.
- Sage Evolution certification
Experience: - 3+ years of experience in Sage (Evolution) development and customization.
- Knowledge of ERP system architecture and database management.
- Experience with Sage Evolution modules, workflows, report writing and system integrations.
