An established firm with nearly two decades of expertise in investment, transaction advisory, and fund management seeks to hire a Corporate Finance Associate. The firm delivers corporate finance advisory services to a select client base, and the successful candidate will be instrumental in growing and enhancing these services.
Responsibilities: - Capital raising for M&A transactions
- Conduct advanced financial analysis, due diligence, and research on investment opportunities
- Perform valuations using approaches such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Multiples
- Build comprehensive financial models to support investment decisions
- Oversee deal conclusion and ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed
Qualifications & Experience Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA(SA))/MCom/CFA/FMVA qualification is essential
- 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory
- Strong skills in financial modeling, valuations, and analysis
- Proven experience in corporate finance, mezzanine/ leveraged finance
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
- Solid academic background
