Key Responsibilities: - Report directly to the Group CEO and lead the executive team across multiple functions, including Finance, Commercial, Live Production, Manufacturing, Risk & Audit, HR, QA & Compliance, and Logistics.
- Lead and mentor the executive team, with direct reports from all core business functions.
- Drive high-level strategic and operational initiatives across the business to optimize growth and efficiency.
- Oversee negotiations at the highest level, including engagements with key clients, stakeholders, and influential figures in the region.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the technical and industry-specific aspects of the business to ensure smooth leadership transition.
Requirements: - Citizenship: Must be a Zimbabwean citizen (either currently in Zimbabwe or willing to return).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in executive leadership, with a proven track record in end-to-end business management.
- Education: A tertiary qualification is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with large-scale food production or similar industries is highly desirable
- Personal Attributes: Young, dynamic, and willing to embrace mentorship for growth in the industry.
Compensation Package: - Base Salary: $20,000 USD per month
