As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects and a strong understanding of the construction industry.
Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and objectives are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and work breakdown structures.
- Monitor project progress, identify and address potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and resolve any on-site challenges.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.

- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in managing construction projects of varying scale and complexity.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.
