As the Quality Control Administrator, you will manage and oversee the flow of documentation and ensure our quality standards meet customer requirements. Youll work closely with the production and quality teams, handling essential tasks like managing colour standards, certificates of conformance, and compliance with food safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and issue colour standards according to schedule.
- Create and manage Certificates of Conformance (COC) and ensure accuracy in technical documentation.
- Conduct and document internal food-safe audits.
- Support system documentation for audits and maintain compliance with FSC, FSSC2200 Food, and SEDEX (SMETA) standards.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment within the Quality department.
Requirements: - Matric qualification or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Quality Control or a similar role
- Strong computer skills, with knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with food-safe systems and internal processes
- Experience with MIS System - Prism
