Responsible for developing and implementing HR Operations strategies and compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees. This role ensures that all HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development, are aligned with the organizations objectives. Additionally, the manager oversees the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits packages to maintain market competitiveness and compliance with legal standards.
Critical experience:
- Minimum of 10-15 total years experience in all HRM aspects
- At least 5 years experience in HR Management at senior management level
- 10+ years Total Rewards Management
- Multinational experience is a plus, particularly in Africa
- Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organisational development, employee relations and transformation.
- Experience in driving HR transformation initiatives e.g. HR systems implementation, organisational restructures etc.
- Experience is HR reporting and analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in the design, development and application of policies, frameworks, and strategy.
- Proficient on MS Office
Education:
- Relevant Bachelors degree, post graduate will be an added advantage
- SARA Accreditation as a Master/Chartered Reward Specialist
- Global Remuneration Professional (GRP)
