As the Factory Cost Accountant, you would be responsible for monitoring and managing all factory related costs, analysing the variances between budget and actual spend, collaborating with different departments within the business to discuss budgets, forecasts and variances. You will also be responsible for conducting regular audits and maintain accuracy in inventory, labour and overhead allocations.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Completed CIMA qualification or in progress
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years' experience in factory based costing
- Experience implementing ERP systems and deep understanding of manufacturing process
