As a Commercial Underwriter, you will:
- Underwrite a range of products including personal lines, commercial lines, engineering, liability, and transport.
- Leverage your technical risk knowledge to maintain high service standards.
- Provide exceptional client service with a proactive approach.
- Manage claims effectively while building strong relationships with clients, brokers, and service providers.
- Exhibit strong administration and time management skills.
What Were Looking For:
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
- Solid experience in short-term insurance underwriting.
- Proven claims experience.
- Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications:
- Matric certificate.
- NQF Level 4 (Full qualification) or higher.
- RE5 certification.
