Job Description:
Design mechanical engineering (HVAC) systems for industrial buildings
Prepare design tasks, reports, technical drawings and engineering specifications
Measure and compile bills of quantities
Conduct site inspections and attend meetings
Assist in commissioning processes
Provide expert input as a project member, senior, or lead
Ensure compliance with all quality system procedures during design, costing, and documentation processes
Monitor quality to ensure delivered services and products meet relevant internal and external guidelines
Contribute to the improvement of existing products, techniques, and services
Managing a team
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 8 10 years experience in design and construction management
Familiar with HVAC projects (design and implementation)
Valid drivers license
Estimation and cost control during project tendering
Managing a team
Ability to work independently and in a team
Qualification:
Must be professionally registered (Pr Eng or PrTech)
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
